The deal

These terms are between you and [Business owner legal name], trading as SnapFlip, [Registered address, London, UK]. By using SnapFlip you agree to them.

Estimates, not guarantees

Prices shown by SnapFlip are AI estimates of typical second-hand prices. They are not valuations, offers or guarantees, and they are not derived from eBay data. What you actually get depends on condition, demand, your listing and fees, so compare with live listings before you price. Item recognition by AI can be wrong; check before you list.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what you list and sell, and for following eBay's, Vinted's and other marketplaces' rules, including their age rules.

Fair use

Plans have limits shown on the pricing page. "Unlimited" features are subject to a fair-use cap that normal selling will not reach; it exists to stop automated abuse. Do not scrape, overload or try to get around limits or security.

Marketplaces

SnapFlip is not affiliated with eBay or Vinted. We connect to eBay only through its official APIs and with your permission. We never automate Vinted or log in to Vinted for you.

Paid plans

When paid plans launch: prices are shown before you pay, you can cancel or pause at any time from your account in as few steps as it took to sign up, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel; if you start using a paid plan straight away you agree that a proportionate amount may be charged for the days used.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and listings. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for sale prices, marketplace decisions, or losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
