Our promises

People give up on seller tools over surprise charges, hidden limits and cancellation mazes. Here's what we do instead, and where you can check each one.

  1. Cancel with one button, or pause instead

No calls, no emails, no chat with a retention team. Telling us why is optional. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Rather take a break? Pause for 1 to 3 months with no charges, and your listings and data stay.

  2. We tell you before we charge you

Your account page shows the date and amount of your next payment. From 3 days before a renewal or the end of a free trial, a reminder appears there too.

  3. Every limit on one page

Each cap on your plan, how much you've used, when it resets and exactly what happens when you reach it.

  4. Founder price kept while you stay

If you joined at a founder price, you keep it for as long as your subscription lasts, pauses included. If you cancel and come back later, you'll get the price on offer then.

  5. Your price never changes on its own

We never move your subscription to a different price. Your plan only changes when you change it.

  6. No Vinted bots, no Vinted logins

We never ask for your Vinted password and never automate your Vinted account. You get copy-ready listings and photos to paste in yourself, so there's nothing for Vinted to flag.

  7. Your data, any time

Download everything we hold about you as a file whenever you like, and delete your account and all your data yourself from your account page.

  8. We never sell your data

Your listings, photos and numbers are yours. We use trusted providers to run the service and never sell anything about you.

  9. AI estimates are labelled

Prices from the scanner are shown as AI estimates in a range, not valuations. Fees we haven't re-checked against a marketplace's own fee page are marked as estimates too.
