Questions

Why work out an hourly rate?
An item can show a nice profit and still pay badly once you count the trip to find it, the photos, the listing and the trip to the post office. Your hourly rate tells you which items are worth your time.
What's the National Living Wage?
The legal minimum hourly pay in the UK for workers aged 21 and over, set by the government each April. We show the rate from GOV.UK with the date it applies from. Reselling isn't a job with a wage, but it's a useful yardstick.
How do I count time for a whole sourcing trip?
Split it across the items you bought. If a car boot run took 3 hours and you came home with 10 items, that's 18 minutes of sourcing each.
