SnapFlip

For charity shops

The back room is full of donations and nobody has time to list them online.

Sound familiar?

Some donations would raise more online than on the shop floor, but listing takes time, volunteers change every day, and the rag and textile weights still need logging for the monthly figures.

What SnapFlip does about it

Shop mode gives you a quick intake queue for donations, a triage step (shop floor, sell online, rag or bin) and listings written from photos for the items you sell online. A monthly report pulls it together for managers and trustees.

What helps

How it works

  1. 1

    Log the donation

Add it to the intake queue, with a photo if you have time.

  2. 2

    Triage it

Shop floor, sell online, rag or bin. Online items get a draft listing.

  3. 3

    List and report

Check the draft, post it, and see the month's totals in the report.

What it doesn't do

  • Shop mode is part of the Business plan. Talk to us about your shop before you commit.
  • It doesn't handle Gift Aid, tills or your EPOS. It's for the items you sell online and the records around them.

Questions

Can several volunteers use it?

Shop mode is built for a shop with changing volunteers, and team logins are part of the Business plan. Talk to us about how your shop works.

Does it post to eBay or Vinted for us?

It writes the listing and you paste it into the site. eBay posting through eBay's official API is connecting soon. It never logs in to or automates Vinted.

Can we try it first?

Yes. The scanner, photo station and AI listings are on the free plan, so a volunteer can try listing a few items before you talk to us about shop mode.

Start with the free scanner

Try it without an account. A free account gives you 10 scans and 5 AI listings a month; paid plans add more.
