SnapFlip

For people who sell on several sites

Listing the same thing on four sites, then forgetting to take it down.

Sound familiar?

Each site wants its own title length, hashtags or none, and its own photo shape. The worst part is the double sale: it sells on one site while it's still live on another, and you have to cancel and apologise.

What SnapFlip does about it

Write the listing once and SnapFlip gives you a version for each site to paste in. When something sells, the still-live list shows where else it's listed so you can take it down. Nothing is automated on sites that don't allow it.

What helps

How it works

  1. 1

    Write it once

Photos in, listing drafted, fields checked.

  2. 2

    Paste it everywhere

Copy the version for each site and post it yourself.

  3. 3

    Mark it sold

The still-live list shows where to take it down.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't auto-delist from Vinted or other sites that don't allow tools to log in. It reminds you instead.
  • Direct eBay posting isn't live yet; it's connecting soon.

Questions

Does SnapFlip delist automatically when something sells?

Not on Vinted, Depop or the other copy-pack sites: that would mean logging in to your accounts, which their rules don't allow. The still-live list reminds you. Ending eBay listings in one tap comes with eBay posting, which is connecting soon.

I already use another tool. How do I move?

Export a CSV from your current tool and import it on the listings import page; the columns are matched for you. You can run both side by side while you decide.

Can I get my data out again?

Yes. Export your listings to CSV at any time, or download all your data from your account.
